   While apparently meaningless to those charged with deciding the case, I think it's a real eye-opener. The last names of the two principals have been blacked out. 
   The letters "POI" that start the report stand for Point Of Impact.
    This document can also be found - along with an additional police document - in A Question of Justice (Fig. 11a).  
   Perverse obstinacy are the words that I think best describe the jurors refusal to consider this and a lot of other "in your face" evidence. It seems that utter nonsense flowing from the mouth of a Chevron lawyer was more to their liking.
